This is a short summary of Houstone Enterprises Ltd.’s published warranty. The complete official terms define coverage, exclusions and the claim process.
Period and scope
The one-year limited warranty runs from installation completion for qualifying permanently installed materials in owner-occupied residential applications. It is non-transferable. Manufacturer warranties are separate.
Important limits
Seam performance is covered; seam appearance is excluded. Natural variation, misuse and specified damage are excluded. Refacing does not cover existing cabinet boxes. Other trades’ labour or reconnection costs may remain the customer’s responsibility.
Requesting an assessment
Keep proof of purchase and installation dates. Claims must be submitted in writing, with access for inspection and reasonable cooperation. Read the full terms before relying on this summary.
