Planning · A useful starting point
Plan your space. Bring the details together.
You do not need a finished design to begin. Clear photographs, approximate dimensions and a few priorities help explain the space. The goal is to make the first discussion useful while identifying what still needs a decision or professional site assessment.

Show the room and the details
Photograph the whole space, then the surfaces or cabinets you want to change. Include access, existing joins, sinks, appliances and any damage relevant to the work. A simple sketch can show the approximate shape and lengths without becoming a technical drawing.
- Your location and type of property
- The work you want to keep, replace or add
- Photographs and any existing plans
- Preferred timing and practical access constraints
Share the decisions that connect
For countertops, note the material direction, sink and appliance models, edge preferences and backsplash. For cabinetry, describe storage needs and layout changes. For refacing, show the condition of the cabinet boxes and existing doors. Renovation enquiries should identify the whole room scope, including tile and fixtures.
Understand the next level of detail
Early information supports a conversation; it does not replace a confirmed specification or professional measurement. Before work proceeds, review products, included work, exclusions, site readiness and scheduling in writing. If you are unsure about an item, say so. An undecided material or missing sink model is easier to address when it is visible in the brief.

A little clarity
before you begin.
What if I do not have measurements yet?
Send photographs and an approximate sketch if available. Explain what you would like to change. Final fabrication and installation details need professional confirmation.
Should I choose the sink before the countertop is made?
The exact sink and faucet specifications affect cutouts and placement. Resolve these details with the team before fabrication.
